Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period) As per Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason. Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Perishable goods (fresh ingredients, specialty foods) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent
Refund Process: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item, using the same payment method as your original purchase. Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs (unless we made an error).
