Shipping policy
At Piccola Cucina, we carefully pack and ship your authentic Italian treasures from our farmhouse in Le Marche, Italy, bringing our culinary magic directly to your kitchen.
Shipping Locations: We currently ship throughout Italy and the European Union. International shipping to other countries may be available upon request - please contact us at customercare@piccola-cucina.com for details.
Processing Time: Orders are lovingly prepared and shipped within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Times:
- Italy: 2-4 business days via standard courier
- EU Countries: 5-7 business days via international courier
- Express shipping: Available upon request for urgent orders
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping available on orders over €75 within Italy, €150 for EU destinations.
Special Notice for US Orders: Due to current tariff regulations, US customers may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by US Customs and are separate from our shipping costs. We recommend contacting us at customercare@piccola-cucina.com before placing your order to discuss potential additional costs and delivery timeframes.
Special Handling: Fragile items (ceramics, glassware) are carefully wrapped with extra protection. Perishable items are shipped with appropriate packaging to maintain freshness.
Tracking: All shipments include tracking information. You can monitor your order's journey from our Le Marche farmhouse to your kitchen.
